Social Skills Groups focus on the development of socially appropriate skills can lead to:

• improved peer relationships

• better problem-solving skills

• overall effective communication with others

• more successful interactions with a variety of environments

Huntsville Behavior Associates is offering social skills groups as a way for clients to access ABA-style teaching in a group environment. Each session will include the following:

​​​

• Interaction + opportunities to practice new skills with typical peers (groups will range from 4-6 individuals)

• Direct Instruction from a highly acclaimed social skills curriculum

• Resources for parents to use in the community and at home

• A pre- and post- assessment and weekly data to track progress
